Thought for the Day
It was a surprise to find we all agreed that the most urgent need, considering the anguished cry of the world, was to respond to the deepest aspirations of people; to help them find meaning in their life, reasons for hope and strength to love. The world urges us on; it needs the powerful love of Christ to lead it to adore the living God. Such adoration is inseparable from the effort to give birth to a more loving world, with the freedom and vision of those who share the power of the risen Jesus and His utter liberty of spirit.
