Villa Duchesne and Oak Hill School, St. Louis, MO helps Haiti

There is no doubt in my mind that we have a very generous community. Last Friday the Oak Hill community raised $4,679 for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Your overwhelming contribution is going directly to the Society of the Sacred Heart in Haiti. I wish to add another note of thanks to those of you who remembered to ask your companies for a “Matching Gift.” Not only was your gift greatly appreciated, but you doubled your generosity by obtaining the matching money from your employers. Thank you for helping.

Helping Hearts Cookies for Haiti
Thank you for helping with the cookie sales. There were 360 cookies sold and $578.87 was collected to support the homeless in Haiti. Way to go, Oak Hill! We would also like to thank the Stebelman Family for their help and support of St. Patrick Center. (We enjoyed being a participant helping the homeless of St. Patrick Center help the homeless of Haiti.)

The upper school at Villa/Oak Hill raised just over $1500 for Haiti through a bake sale and out of uniform day. Patty Fagin asked me to share this info with you.
